Summary: Hotel was nice, but the front counter staff did not seem interested at all, not welcoming us when leaving and returning to the hotel. They were just at the counter on their phones. Check-in was great though the the employee there was very attentive and helpful. Carpet and bathtub both had stains on them. The beds were very old and used, we felt like we were rolling off the bed all night due to the mattress being so worn down on both sides of the bed. Overall, good hotel, except for the items listed above.

Summary: First, us and others in our group were placed into the wrong booked rooms. We had reserved 2 queen beds with a pull out sofa and were given one king bed with a pull out sofa. The hotel could not due anything to fix as they were sold out. We were so uncomfortable since our family does not fit those sleeping arrangements comfortably that we left a night early. The rooms need a little work done: the cabinet hiding the mini fridge was deteriorating due to water damage, stains on the carpet and the wardrobe smelled awful. The pool was also closed although it was supposed to be open by the time of our travel when we made our reservations. House keeping was friendly and helpful, breakfast was good. Overall, I would never stay here again.

Summary: The front desk staff working 6/11 in the evening really listened to my concern about checking my daughter in. He called the manager explained a unique situation and then the manager helped with the concern. I cannot be more thankful that my daughter was safe that night (severe weather in the area). I appreciate the kindness and going the extra mile.

Summary: Disappointed in pool being under construction. I live in town. Spent 445$ to get 2 rooms for a birthday party specifically wanting a pool only to find out after check in that the pool is under construction and after looking at the pool there was a work order on The door posted back in December 2025. Would have picked the hotel cross the street if I would have known that. Disclosing broken/missing amenities should be required.

Summary: The facility is showing signs of wear. Frayed carpet, stains on the carpet and wall paper, etc. The shower stall was not as clean as it should have been, especially the grout around the edges. I considered picking up Tylex to spray on it like I would at home! The “second day cleaning” also did not happen. Also, there is a problem with people who are not guests at the hotel coming in and loading up on food at the breakfast Buffett. One group even took plates “to go”. We watched this happen both days we were there, so more security is in order for the hotel at that location. This also makes the actual guests feel uncomfortable.
